City Hand needed a website that could communicate specialised healthcare services clearly while helping patients move from research to appointment with minimal friction. The project focused on understanding the key needs of healthcare visitors: finding the right treatment, exploring practitioner expertise, locating a convenient clinic and contacting or booking an appointment easily.

We also considered the challenges of managing multiple clinic locations, presenting detailed service information and delivering a seamless experience across mobile, tablet and desktop.

Project Results

We developed a responsive WordPress website with a clear service structure, dedicated clinic location sections, practitioner profiles and an integrated online booking experience. The experience was designed around three primary actions: Book an Appointment, Contact Us and Call Now. Dedicated service and location content also created a stronger foundation for local search visibility, while performance-focused development, mobile optimisation and an SEO-friendly architecture helped create a faster and more accessible healthcare experience.
